SKH-9 / M-2 / SKH-51

SKH-9 is general purpose high speed steel, which offer good wear resistance and superior toughness and cutting properties of machine ability. For a wide variety of uses, apply to Taps, twist drills, reamers, broaching tool, metal saws, milling tools of all types, woodworking tools and cold work tools.

SKH-54 / M-4

SKH-54 is high speed steel produced by power-metallurgy methods with good red hardness, compressive strength and wear resistance. This technology imparts to the material also excellent toughness and machine ability properties, highly satisfactory gring ability. Not only apply for the machining of steels but also for nonferrous metals such as nickel-base and titanium alloys but also shaper cutters, hobs, milling cutters, broaching tools of all types, taps, twist drills, chasing tools, reamers, bimetal strips fot saw blades.

SKH-4/ T-5

SKH-4 is a kind of high speed tool steel. The hardness of SKH-4 is about 60HRC even when the temperature is 400-500°C. Therefore, SKH-4 is used as high temperature bearing material because of the hardness doesn't drop at the high temperature.

TCT (Tungsten Carbide Steel))

Tungsten carbide steel is the hardest human-made metal. It is shaped by moulding tungsten, carbon and cobalt powders under heat and pressure during sintering. The metals fuse together without melting. Tungsten carbide is capable of maintaining high hardness even at high temperatures. Its hardness and formability depends on its vobalt content. Cemented carbide used for making dies has 12-20% cobalt. When selectiong which carbide to use, check the requirements of the work, and then choose the carbide materials with the appropriate cobalt content. SKD-11 / D-2

SKD-11 is a high carbon, high chromium heat treatable tool steel to HRC 60-62 intended for applications requiring high wear resistance, particularly molding and processing of abrasive plastics, and offers excellent abrasion resistance, due to a large volume of carbides in the microstructure. It has been widely used for many years in cold work applications requiring very high wear resistance. It is machinable in the annealed condition and, like other air-hardening tool steels, exhibits minimal distortion on hardening.

SKS-3 /O-1

SKS-3 is SK-4 (carbon tool steel) with chrome and tungsten added to make the structure denser so as to minimize deformation from heat treatment, and stop heat from affecting the hardness and improve resistance to wear respectively. Due to oil cooling, special tool steel possesse less variation in hardness compared to carbon tool steel. The added tungsten greatly enhances the resistance to wear, which is better than that of carbon tool steel. While the added chrome reduces deformation arising from heat treatment, SKS-3 also deforms considerably but less than SK material. Special Tool Steel is tougher than carbon tool steel due to the former's denser structure. SKS-3 apply to cutting tools (dies and punches), blanking and punching tools, threading tools, woodworking tools, machine knives for the timber, paper, paper and metal industries, measuring tools and gauges, moulds for the plastics industry.

SUJ-2 / 52100

SUJ-2 / 52100
SUJ-2 is the high-carbon steel added with chromium, an equivalent of SK3, to obtain SUJ2. It has excellent hardenability, anti-abrasion, and anti-fatigue properties, is used in bearing parts. This standard material of outer, inner ring ard ball of bearing is high carbon chromium bearing steel which provide uniformly high hardness, and resistance to abrasive wear. Machinability of SUJ-2 is good by conventional methods. Principal applications are those for bearings in rotating machinery.
